Here's something you might not have known about author, Kathi Batsis:  She is a highly skilled cook whose dishes have been carried down through generations.  Winning acclaim for her tasty dishes from family & friends, Kathi has always taken her kitchen affairs very seriously.  The many meals in her repertoire were favorites of Andrew Batsis, her late husband and eternal muse.  If you've read the manuscript and digested the contents of this website (hopefully not literally!), let's see if you can guess which of these dishes was Andy's favorite!
